Pima County Library

The Joel D Valdez Main Library is the main Tucson facility for the Pima County Public Library system

- The Pima County Public Library system has 27 public library branches nd also operates a bookmobile service
- June 2025 ==> Its days are numbered!!  Due to high operating costs, this library is in process of being moved to another, smaller building across the street (the old Wells Fargo bank building which the county acquired) ... stay tuned for more!
- Located at 101 North Stone Avenue, at the intersection of Pennington Street and Alameda Street
