Peña Blanca Lake

-Pena Blanca Lake is a 45-acre reservoir with a surface elevation of 3,819 feet within the Coronado National Forest
-Located 18 miles northwest of Nogales on Highway 289 (Interstate Highway 19, exit 12)
-The Arizona Game and Fish Department built the lake in 1957 and it opened to visitors in March 1958
-The lake is at the base of the Atascosa Mountains
-Offers year-round fishing and boating
-Anglers can find largemouth bass, bluegill and redear sunfish, and channel catfish in the lake
